Most orders will process and ship within 3 to 5 business day. Orders that contain items from multiple fulfillment centers may take up to 10 business days to process and ship.

International orders might be taxed by the customs agency of the recipients country. KOMRAD has no control over such taxes; however, we do our best to ensure the smallest chance of this occurrence.

Returns or Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for and item of equal value, there are no refunds.
All Items must be in sellable condition and have their original tags, to be eligible for an exchange or return.
Items that appear worn or are missing tags are not accepted for Returns or Exchanges.
